The Diesel Management System was developed for Mukherjee Associates Infra Private Limited to digitize and streamline their fuel distribution operations across multiple construction sites. The system replaced manual record-keeping with a comprehensive digital platform.
The platform provides granular tracking of diesel consumption per machine, site, and operator — enabling management to identify inefficiencies, detect anomalies, and make data-driven decisions about fuel allocation and machine utilization.
Built with PHP and MySQL, the system uses optimized database queries to handle thousands of daily fuel entries efficiently. Features include secure role-based authentication with site-level data partitioning, ensuring operators only see relevant data. The reporting engine generates dynamic charts and tabular reports with custom date-range filtering.
